PS3 SACD stereo layer rip:

- The ISO image is created using sacd-ripper for PS3 version 0.21.

- Decode the DSD content from the ISO to 352.8 kHz Float PCM with Foobar2000 Super Audio CD Decoder. (0.3.10 - foo_input_sacd)

- Convert the PCM streams ( only the stereo 2.0 ) to 24-bit / 96 kHz FLAC (libFLAC 1.2.1 20070917 lvl 5) with Foobar2000 Converter 1.5 + Foobar2000 Resampler (PPHS).
